Line pipes with a large diameter that have been welded.
Rolled tubulars are formed from plates by either roll bending, UOE or the JCO (press bend) method. The fabrication process is governed by stringent international standards according to API 2B, API 5L, EEMUA 158, DNVGL-OS-C401 and AWS D1.1.
Rolled tubulars are joined by the Submerged Arc Welding process in the longitudinal direction, achieving high-quality welds and deemed best for oil and gas applications.
We offer LSAW pipes the following size rage:
- Outer diameter range from 14” to 200”
- Wall thickness range from 12.7mm to 150mm
Pipes made from carbon and alloy materials.
Seamless carbon and alloy pipes are offered in the following size range:
- OD from 114.3 to 720 mm (4” to 24“)
- Wall thickness between 2.3 and 59.5 mm
Steel grades included are:
- A106 grade A B, C, API 5L grade B
- Low temp steel grade (ASTM A333 grade 6)
- API 5L X42, X52, X60, X65
- H2S resistant steel grades
- P grades (P5, P9, P11, P22)
We also offer additional coating services such as Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Epoxy or Galvanized.
